Walk right in, you may be lucky like we were to have Ruthie herself tending bar. She's a tallish, bleach blonde with a perky set of..... of..of hands (yeah, that's the ticket). Take a look around and notice the numerous horseshoes on the walls, beams, and inlaid in the floor-even as you exit-horseshoes in the sidewalk out front. Ruthie likes horses, we guess. Ruthies has an upstairs and downstairs (closed) and a dark, quiet, pleasant atmosphere. A typical color t.v. establishment with a standard rectangular island type bar...with above average wood finish. No darts.
